I bought this battery as a spare for my new sony camera I had bought for our holiday in australia, on the first daythe battery required changing I was unable to get the battery out, fortunately we had a second camera, and we did find a camera shop that did get it out, needless to say this battery will never go near my camera again.

I checked several sources for the battery and none of them could compare with the one I got from Amazon. The service was prompt and I have used the battery on several occasions and it is working perfectly. If I had bought it from the makers, it would have cost me over double. I would recommend Amazon and when I require anything in future online I will certainly go to their website first.

Certainly better than the standard battery that came with camera, but in hindsight should have spent a bit more and got the next model up

Used this battery on holiday as a back up. It gave over 200 hours usage before I recharged it. Excellent item. Would purchase this item again.

We were desperate for this to arrive before we went on holiday.Sure enough it was delivered within about 4 days. Great holiday with great memories that we captureed thanks to having the spare battery.
